As we previously informed you: as of 15 December 2023, medium-sized enterprises (employers employing at least 50 and less than 250 employees) will have to implement an internal system for reports and designate an authorized person in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Through the reporting system, individual reports are to be submitted, which will be processed and examined by the aforementioned authorized person. When setting up this system, it will be necessary to comply with the conditions set by law and correctly set the procedures for using the system and processing individual reports.
