The second installment of the real estate tax is due on Monday, December 2, 2024 (November 30 falls on a Saturday this year). This deadline applies to all taxpayers whose property tax for 2024 exceeds CZK 5,000 and, at the same time, the entire tax has not been paid in one installment by May 31, 2024.

If the taxpayer finds himself/herself/itself in a situation he/she/it is unable to pay the entire installment by this deadline due to the deteriorating economic situation, he/she/it can request the tax office to delay the payment of this amount or to spread the payment into installments.
