The special regime of the so-called ‘One Stop Shop’ (one administrative place, originally Mini One Stop Shop = MOSS) allows the provider of this type of services to choose one state where they will be registered and where they will pay taxes.
You can choose one country where your company will be registered – the member countries in which you do business will share the collected taxes among themselves.
